General Description:: WHLC Architecture is seeking an experienced Project Designer to join our firm. The position entails the opportunity to provide design leadership in a wide range of projects from inception through completion.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare schematic design and planning solutions in response to project requirements.
• Generate architectural designs, renderings, animations, and presentations to effectively communicate design intent.
• Orchestrate project design presentations and competition entries.
Desired Qualifications:
• A professional degree in Architecture or Design
• 5+ years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, and graphic design software; including Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Licensure preferred but not required.
