Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field; Licensed architect in the State of Louisiana and the ability to receive reciprocity in other states as required. 15 years of experience in architectural design and management. Ability to serve as a leader within URS for architecture / facilities initiatives; Identify emerging marketing opportunities that may arise within the architecture community in Louisiana and the Central US / Gulf Coast region; Market URS capabilities to potential clients for architecture projects as they are identified; Have demonstrated management, mentoring and team building expertise to allow for the successful execution of large projects and programs; Requires successful completion of the URS Project Management Certification within 6 months of hire (This certification program is a series of learning modules and is available on-line through the URS Learning Management System at no financial cost to the employee. Provide local and regional technical expertise for architecture related projects and activities;

Job Description :
This position focuses on the leadership, supervision, training, management and coordination of URS' architecture practice in Baton Rouge and in the Central US / Gulf Coast area. Position requires a high level of leadership, management and coordination of the facilities practice, marketing and business development efforts in the community and client/project/quality/service management of architecture related project work.
