Individual membership for those, other than architects, with a special interest in the industry

Individual membership for those required to hold a professional license in their field, other than architects (ie engineers, interior designers, licensed contractor) with a special interest in the industry
Architect Membership (AIA)
Individuals with an architectural license from a U.S. licensing authority are eligible for Architect membership
Associate Membership (Assoc. AIA)
Associate membership is open to individuals who meet one of the following criteria:
- Professional degree in architecture (learn about a special offer for new graduates)
- Currently work under the supervision of an architect
- Currently enrolled in the Intern Development Program (IDP) and working toward licensure
- Faculty member in a university program in architecture
International Associate Member (Intl. Assoc. AIA)
Individuals who have an architecture license or equivalent from a non-U.S. licensing authority are eligible for International Associate membership.
